Hunting Return · Enchanted Book
An enchanted book exclusive to the Wind Feather Fan. Locks onto multiple targets while charging, then pursues them in sequence when thrown.

Chest loot has a 4% chance to include an additional Wind Feather Fan enchanted book; mob loot has a 0.25% chance. Each figure is the combined chance for all three books. When triggered, one is selected with equal probability.
You may also find one by searching a naturally generated Bird Nest. When a natural nest receives its initial collection, it has a 1/12 chance to contain one of the three books.
How to use
Place a Wind Feather Fan with no exclusive enchantment in the left anvil slot, and place Hunting Return in the right slot. This consumes 8 experience levels and 1 book.
Burial Plume, Riven Plume, and Hunting Return are mutually exclusive. Each has only level I. They cannot be obtained from an enchanting table or villager trades.
Take the Hunting Wind Feather Fan from the anvil's output slot. This book only works on the Wind Feather Fan, not other weapons.
Applying the enchantment
Hold right-click and aim at attackable targets in front of you, within 18 blocks and with a clear line of sight. Locking begins after 0.3 seconds of charging, with one additional slot every 0.2 seconds, up to 7 targets at a full 1.5-second charge. Release right-click to pursue them in lock-on order, then return.
Targets are selected according to your current line of sight and must still be in valid range when you release right-click. The fan is not thrown if no target is locked.
